At Hygge, we want you to experience the ultimate comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


2. Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene standards for bedding products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been washed, used, or show signs of wear.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at oficialhyggestore@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.


4. Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
